Electronic-Grade Catalase — High-Purity H₂O₂ Decomposition Enzyme 0

Catazyme 519 is a high-efficiency acid-stable catalase designed for industrial wastewater applications. Residual hydrogen peroxide in wastewater is common across various industries, and effective removal is essential to meet environmental regulations, support sustainable practices, protect downstream water recovery systems, and maintain stable operation of wastewater treatment facilities.

 

Traditional hydrogen peroxide removal methods often face limitations:

  • Natural decomposition: Slow, requires large storage space.
  • Chemical reducing agents: May produce hazardous by-products, increase total dissolved solids (TDS), and raise operational costs.
  • Activated carbon adsorption: Effective but labor-intensive, requires regeneration or disposal.

Catazyme 519 provides a safe and efficient biological alternative suitable for medium-temperature conditions (30–50°C), offering rapid hydrogen peroxide decomposition without the drawbacks of traditional methods.
